About
“I grew up loving and listening to bands. Something about seeing a group of people on stage killing it always gave me chills.” Since making the move from her hometown of Atlanta to Los Angeles at the age of 10, Savannah has worked tirelessly to establish herself as a face to watch on the music scene. Having already performed at some of the most legendary venues in LA such as the Troubadour, the Roxy, the Key Club, & Whisky a Go-Go, Savannah has already generated a buzz throughout the LA area for her music and live show.
Although just 19 years old, Savannah loves the 90s, everything from the music to the fashion. She draws inspiration from bands such as No Doubt, Weezer and Nirvana. Following the footsteps of Hayley Williams (Paramore), Savannah is not afraid to take risks. In her music you can hear the influence of artists like P!NK and Gwen Stefani, yet she maintains a sound which is completely her own. Her approach to alternative pop is both genuine and captivating, taking from modern alt-pop and the edgy rock styles of the 90s. Renowned vocal coach, ‘Mama’ Jan Smith, has also been working with Savannah on both her singing and songwriting skills. Savannah has never been afraid to collaborate and see what others can bring to the creative process.
Savannah has wisely built a strong team of advisors including Jeff Rabhan, who has worked with and developed some of today’s hottest artists such as Michelle Branch, Kelly Clarkson, & Kelly Rowland. She has forged a strong relationship with Jason Jordan, president of Imagem Music Group – one of the largest indie publishing companies and was formerly Sr Vice president of A&R at Hollywood Records.
Recently, Savannah completed her five song EP with well known writer/producer Ethan Kaufmann, who worked closely with Savannah to develop a sound and style that express who she is as an artist.
Savannah said, “If I could spend every night performing on stage in front of a giant audience. I live for that feeling, the adrenaline, seeing people sing your lyrics back to you. It’s unlike anything else.”
